The Vancouver Canucks (8-2-1) will host the Edmonton Oilers (2-7-1) at Rogers Arena for the third game between the two teams so far this season, in what would seem to be a must-win fixture for the visitors. The Canucks won both of the previous matchups with the Oilers 8-1 and 4-3, respectively, while tonight’s opponents are flailing near the bottom of the Western Conference alongside the San Jose Sharks with just two wins and five points in total. Thatcher Demko will start tonight for the Canucks, and Stuart Skinner will get the start for the Oilers.
