Canucks' Luongo, Burrows, and Schroeder Are All Day-to-Day

Injured Vancouver Canucks players Roberto Luongo, Alexandre Burrows, and Jordan Schroeder are now “day-to-day,” according to head coach John Tortorella.

This means all three are close to returning to the lineup. It appears Luongo is the closest.

Luongo says he will need to participate in the team’s full skate on Friday. He could dress as early as Saturday against the Los Angeles Kings.

The Canucks are probably expecting one or both of Burrows and Schroeder to be healthy as the team re-assigned centre Jeremy Welsh to the Utica Comets on Tuesday.
