Canucks Break Lights at the Senators' Canadian Tire Centre (Video)

It is quite normal for hockey players to warm up for a game with a bit of soccer.

The Vancouver Canucks were doing just that prior to their game against the Ottawa Senators on November 28 at the Canadian Tire Centre.

Brad Richardson, Chris Higgins, Dale Weise, Mike Santorelli, Chris Tanev, Ryan Stanton, Daniel Sedin, Zack Kassian, and Andrew Alberts are all seen participating in this warm up in the video.

It was going pretty well until Alberts kicked the ball hard and straight up into the light fixture in the ceiling causing two fluorescent tubes to drop onto the ground and shatter.

All the players then run back to the dressing room like grade school kids who knew they were in trouble, but that’s not the best part.

The best part was Kassian’s reaction on the right hand side:
