Vancouver Canucks Release 2013-14 Television Broadcast Schedule

The Vancouver Canucks have released their 2013-14 television broadcast schedule for the preseason and regular season.

Sportsnet Pacific will be airing 49 regular season games and Sportsnet Vancouver Hockey will have eight. Games will be hosted by Dan Murphy, play-by-play will be provided by John Shorthouse and colour commentary by John Garrett.

The remaining 25 games on the schedule will be broadcast nationally on CBC’s Hockey Night in Canada and TSN.

Additionally, all six preseason games will be aired. Sportsnet will be airing four games while TSN and CBC will each be broadcasting one.

Preseason action on Sportsnet Pacific will begin with the Canucks hosting the San Jose Sharks on Monday, September 16th at 7 p.m. PST. Sportsnet Pacific will also broadcast preseason games Wednesday, September 18th at 7 p.m. PST versus the Edmonton Oilers; Monday, September 23rd at 7 p.m. PST versus the Phoenix Coyotes; and Tuesday, September 24th at 7:30 p.m. PST at San Jose.

CBC’s Hockey Night In Canada will air the Canucks at Oilers Saturday, September 21st at 7:00 p.m. PST and TSN will broadcast the Canucks versus the NY Rangers Tuesday, September 26th at 7:00 p.m. PST.
